Joanna Syrda
PhD in Economics and passionate advocate of interdisciplinary collaboration between social and exact sciences. She is known for asking unconventional questions that lead to innovative methods and improved solutions.
As a Member of the Management Board at ASM, university lecturer and researcher, she bridges academia and business on a daily basis. She believes that everything can – and should – be continuously improved.
Agnieszka Kowalska
A specialist in international market research and social analysis with over 15 years of research experience, including projects delivered for the European Commission. She strongly promotes user-centred design and the integration of socio-economic perspectives when addressing Europe’s key challenges.
Privately, she is passionate about travel, photography, tennis, sustainability and healthy living.

Marek Skrzyński
and Development Department
Marek is a visionary in implementing new technologies at ASM. He is always ready to support the search for innovative solutions and funding opportunities. His work focuses on advanced research methodologies using biometric technologies, as well as the development of AI-based analytical and forecasting systems.
In his free time, he returns to the cradle of the Renaissance for inspiration and to enjoy la dolce vita. An admirer of the harmony between beauty and functionality, especially in Alfa Romeo design.

Ewelina Dąbrowska-Nowak
Research Department
With ASM for nearly 10 years, she began her career as an analyst and now leads the Social and Evaluation Research Department. She specialises in project management and data collection, overseeing around 60 unique research projects annually, while the CATI unit conducts approximately 30,000 interviews each year.
Privately, she is passionate about long-distance running and mountain hiking.

Przemysław Wójcik
A sociologist with a legal mindset and strong attention to detail, enabling him to identify even the smallest inconsistencies. He progressed from project implementation to acquiring public sector research contracts. His expertise and experience play a key role in strengthening ASM’s position in the public procurement market.
Privately, he is an aquaristics enthusiast and owner of a black dachshund named “Rysio” (humorously, “Ryszard”). In his free time, he enjoys football and volleyball.
