His experience with a product, service, or idea at the key factor in projecting solutions and implementations of changes, whose overarching aim are customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Our UCD approach enhances the effectiveness and efficiency, improves the user’s wellbeing and satisfaction, increases the availability and sustainable development, and counteracts potential negative impacts on human’s health, security and efficiency.

The stages of the processof the project research

Designing products, wrappers, web applications or marketing communication both at the sales point and on the webpage, is at each stage related to identifying the users’ needs and emotions. We explore all these mechanisms; we test new solutions, and we measure the effects in three perfectly equipped ASM labs.
