“Fostering public capacity to plan, finance and manage integrated urban regeneration for sustainable energy uptake”

Project objectives:
- Focusing on integrating energy efficiency measures into urban revitalization plans, with a particular emphasis on building retrofits while promoting synergies with other sectors such as transportation and urban planning.
- Increase multi-level coordination/collaboration (European, national, regional and local) of public authorities in working together to reduce energy consumption in the EU.
- Supporting government officials at the national, regional and local levels in connection with policy, planning, financing and management of energy efficiency measures as part of urban revitalization plans.
- Support the implementation of the Energy Efficiency Directive, particularly Articles 4 and 7.
ASM has several key responsibilities in the FOSTERREG project:
- Dissemination and Communication: ASM is leading the dissemination and communication activities, including the development of communication materials (brochures, newsletters, presentations), creation and management of the project’s website.
- Exploitation strategy: ASM is leading the exploitation of project results, focusing on market uptake and the long-term sustainability of the project outcomes.
- Business Plan: ASM is developing and implementing the business plan, including ongoing market analysis and strategy development for sustainable energy solutions.
