“VET5.0– Transforming Vocational Education Through Advancing Learner-Centricity, Education 5.0, and Lifelong Learning for Industry 4.0/5.0 in Rural Regions“

VET5.0 project focuses on modernising vocational education and training towards Education 5.0 and Industry 4.0/5.0, with a particular focus on rural areas. The project promotes a learner-centric approach, lifelong learning and flexible education pathways based on micro-credentials, adaptive learning and advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, immersive learning and gamification.
The project will establish an Excellence Academy bringing together six Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs). Partners will develop new training programmes, distance learning laboratories and solutions supporting digital and green transformation in manufacturing and industry. VET5.0 also focuses on upskilling educators, strengthening cooperation with industry, SMEs and policymakers, and building a sustainable VET skills ecosystem for Industry 4.0/5.0.
In the VET5.0 project, ASM contributes to activities related to research, communication, stakeholder engagement and support for the implementation and sustainability of project results:
- Research and analytical activities: ASM supports research and analytical work related to skills needs, lifelong learning and the development of VET ecosystems for Industry 4.0/5.0.
- Communication and dissemination: ASM leads dissemination and communication activities supporting the promotion of project results, stakeholder outreach and project visibility.
- Stakeholder engagement and collaboration: ASM develops the methodology for engagement of representatives of education, industry, SMEs and public institutions in project activities, supporting co-creation and implementation of innovative educational solutions.
- Sustainability and exploitation support: ASM contributes to activities supporting the long-term sustainability of project results, the development of the Excellence Academy and the future expansion of the CoVE model to additional regions.
